Messages sent by email and, once legally enabled, through the project form may contain contact details, company or brand information, project requirements, estimated budgets, timelines and attached reference files.

How the Information May Be Used

To reply to inquiries, understand project requirements and prepare proposals. The actual lawful basis, service providers and possible international transfers are still being verified. Unresolved applications are scheduled for deletion after 90 days once the hosting cleanup task is enabled; email and backup retention must be managed separately. Until the legal review is complete, online form submissions remain disabled.

Storage and Security

The form is designed to store submissions outside the public web directory with restricted file permissions. This describes the intended implementation; it is not a claim of audited security or successful live email delivery.

When you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, your interaction is handled by WhatsApp/Meta subject to their policies. This site may load fonts or scripts from third-party providers; their role and any cookies must be covered by the final service inventory.
