Personal Data Processing Notice (KVKK)

KAFABOOM operates under the name Rıdvan Ali Şişman. Contact: [email protected]. A formal address has not yet been confirmed for publication; this notice is incomplete until the legal details are reviewed.

2. Categories of Personal Data and Purposes

When the form becomes available, project inquiries may involve your name, email address, optional phone number, organization or brand, project scope, selected services, desired budget and timeline, and optionally submitted files. These details are intended for inquiry review, contacting you and preparing a proposal. Please avoid including sensitive personal data in project attachments.

3. Collection Method and Legal Basis

Information may be collected electronically through project forms and email. The specific lawful bases under Turkish Law No. 6698 must be confirmed before form submissions are enabled. The duty to inform is separate from any consent that may be legally required.

4. Recipients and International Transfers

The actual hosting, email and other recipients, plus any transfer outside Türkiye, must be verified and described accurately. No blanket assertion of non-transfer is made.

5. Retention and Deletion

Unresolved project applications are planned to be deleted after 90 days. This requires a daily scheduled deletion task, which must be enabled and checked on the production server. Records subject to legal or contractual retention duties follow separate rules.
